The four suspects from Nsavulani village in Giyani were reminded in custody

The four arrested suspects in the murder case of a 26 year old, Hlayisani Hlongwane from Hlomela village appeared before the Giyani Magistrate Court on Tuesday, and they were all remanded in custody with no bail until on the 15th of May 2017 for bail application and for further Police investigations. Police said
The body of the deceased was found last Thursday in the bushes near Nsavulani village outside Giyani after a long search joint operations by both the Police and the local community.
Police said “possibility of ritual murder may not be ruled out as PRIVATE PARTS ,BREASTS and THE LIPS of the deceased were removed”.
Limpopo police spokesperson Colonel Moatshe Ngoepe said “the suspects were identified as Daniel Dzambukeri 33,Christinah Mhlongo 53, Amos Chuma 48 and Solomon Mahumani 63, the suspects are residents of Nsavulani village near Giyani in Limpopo”.
Meanwhile the traditional healer will still appear before the Giyani Magistrate court soon pending further investigations. The motive of the killing is still unknown. Ngoepe added
After the disappearance of the deceased ,four houses were burnt and one car damaged by a group of community members accusing the owners for being responsible on the dissappearance of the deceased.
“In the arson cases where four houses were burnt ,the suspects are still unknown and there is no arrest. Police investigations are still continuing on all cases”. Ngoepe said
