Limpopo Police cracked a stock theft syndicate

Limpopo police in their relentless effort to completely eradicate the scourge of Stock Theft, Members of the Provincial Tracking Team arrested two suspects believed to be members of a syndicate stealing stock from a number of areas in Limpopo.
Limpopo police said “they have received an information about the suspects who were selling the sheep in and around Seshego area and the Tracking Team reacted swiftly and arrested two suspects between the age of 26 and 35 respectively”.
“During the arrest, fourteen suspected stolen sheep were recovered which were later confirmed to be stolen on Thursday night at Phofu village in Ga-Matlala outside Polokwane”. Colonel Moatshe Ngoepe said
“These suspects were also connected to a series of stock theft cases in the Matlala, Moletjie and Mokopane areas. They will appear before Seshego Magistrate Court soon and Police investigations are still continuing”. Ngoepe added
