“In 2013 he became a co-founder of GCR FM, he is currently involved with money laundering in the station by Paying his wife a salary of R65k while is not employed by the station.

He appointed his close allies, direct cousins, uncles and blind loyalists into the station board of directors”, Maswanganyi added

“This guy hails from Mukhomi Village in Lim345, his board chairman, Tlhavani hails from Mavambe Village 4km west of Malamulele town.

This guy has fired at least 39 employees since 2014 . He is responsible for destroying our local youths by using false pretence to acquire wealth.

We have tonight (10 October 2017) opened a case with Hawks to effect all his charges”, Concluded Maswanganyi.

Limpopo HAWKS spokesperson Captain Matimba Maluleke confirmed that the case has been opened.

“I will have to check if the invistigations are ongoing but yes the case has been opened with the HAWKS”, he concluded

“They’re people out there we as the station we know off, and their job is to tarnish the station and its achievement. I don’t understand why you’re not reporting about the good that the station is doing but the bad at all times. The station has bought an Out Broadcasting van (OB) and we are the first community radio to have the OB and you are not reporting about it”, said Chabani

Chabani didn’t answer to the question posted by Giyani View if GCR is allegedly owned by the community of Giyani or he owns the station.
