Mum and her twins die on their way to the wedding

NAMAKGALE- At least three people were killed on Friday after the driver of Toyota Etios lost control of the vehicle, hit a tree along the R71 road between Phalaborwa and Gravelote. The deceased were identified as, Agnes Sibuyi (46), Ossie Sibuyi (05), Ossly Sibuyi (05).

It’s alleged that the family was travelling to attend a wedding in Nkowankowa outside Tzaneen.

Police in Namakgale outside Phalaborwa are still investigating a case of culpable homicide. Limpopo police spokesperson, LT. Colonel Moatshe Ngoepe says the three occupants which are twins (boy and girl) and a woman died instantly. Five others, including a driver were taken to hospital with serious injuries for medical treatment.

“The cause of this accident is not clear at this stage, but the Police investigations will tell.” Concluded Ngoepe
