GIYANI- Thembani Chavani who hails from Giyani famously known as the Rebel can’t back-off from making serious allegations that the Former Public Service and Administration Minister Collins Chabane has been assassinated by the ruling party, African National Congress, (ANC) PEC member who allegedly bought Rikhotso with 15K three years ago.

Chabane and his two bodyguards were killed when Amukelani Rikhotso made an illegal U-turn on the N1 between Polokwane and Mokopane three years ago, 15 March 2015.
Rikhotso was sentenced to six years in prison after he pleaded guilty to charges of culpable homicide, driving under the influence, and failure to obey road traffic signs.

His driver’s license was suspended for six months and he was declared unfit to possess a firearm. The National Prosecuting Authority has welcomed the sentence.

Chavani (De Rebel) wrote a Facebook post stating that his Facebook post on the 20th of March 2015 got him hated, isolated and arrested by South African Police for speaking the truth.  ‘ANC Killed him’, I still say it,’ he claimed.

Chavani further claims that Rikhotso has confessed that he was bought to kill late Chabane.

Giyani View understands that previous similar charges against Chavani were withdrawn.

ANC spokesperson,  Pule Mabe wasn’t reached for a comment.
