Speaking to Giyani View on Wednesday, Baloyi said she can’t wait to make Malamulele and the country proud. “I’m grateful for this opportunity simple because it encourages other disadvantaged pupils who think that you can’t make it in rural schools”.

“Today the world knows that it’s not about the type of school you are from, and that any child is capable”.

Baloyi will jet out of the country for the first time to Kenya later this month.
