Police say they’re  investigating a case of inquest after a 41-year- old man, identified as Daniel Maapoga from Ga-Botha village in the moutse west was struck by lightning at his home while allegedly returning a music sound speaker into the house.

The tragic incident allegedly took place on Saturday evening when the deceased was listening to music inside the house and had left his speaker outside.
