Groblersdal Police launch search operation for  missing teenage girl

Polokwane- The South African Police Service in Matlelerekeng in Groblersdal are investigating a case of a missing person following the disappearance of a 14-year-old girl, Boledi Peresita Mothapo from Mokgwaneng village. She was last seen on 7 October 2018.

According the girl’s grandmother, the Grade 7 learner at Regonne Primary School disappeared from home without telling anyone where she was going.

The teenage girl has since been reported missing and a search operation was launched. The police and family joined hands, trying to locate her at friends and relatives, but all was so far in vain.

Police spokesperson Colonel Moatshe Ngoepe says the police are therefore appealing to anyone with information that can assist in locating the missing girl to contact Constable Hlungwane Gezani at 013 983 8918 or at 071 198 9742.

They may also contact Crime Stop at 08600 10111 or SMS s Crime Line 32311 or the nearest police station.
“Police investigations are still continuing,“ concluded Ngoepe.
